For your peace of mind, all garments are sent out in burst-proof posting bags. Caps are sent out in fitted cardboard boxes to ensure they retain their shape.

As a reward for customers we always include free stickers with every order we send, in addition to a high quality SouthBristol pin badge (while stocks last).

We typically despatch all orders within 1 business day of being received (often next working day). Please ensure you provide a valid delivery address.

Orders in the UK are sent guaranteed and insured directly from the Post Office using Royal Mail signed for 2-3 days or more typically Tracked 48 services.

You will receive an email shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been received by Royal Mail. For UK orders this will include a trackable reference.
